We will now require a20% deposit before a booking is secured.
If a booking cancelled at least 24hours prior to the appointment, the deposit will be taken off the total of the next appointment scheduled.
In the instance that the appointment is reschuled or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment ,the 20% deposit will not be taken off your next scheduled appointment and another deposit will have to be taken to secure another booking. This will also apply if you simple don’t turn up to your appointment.
